What is Edusyn Pty Ltd?

Edusyn Pty Ltd is an education and life coaching company which was established to address learning and goal achievement needs.  Edusyn has unique programs that synergise all elements to develop high self-esteem, confidence and motivation to make dreams a reality.

What is Edusyn’s main mission?

Edusyn’s main mission is to reveal to people how capable they are, maximise learning achievement and assist people to be the best they can be.

What background qualifications, expertise and experience make you so confident your services and products have that extra edge?

I have numerous qualifications including philosophy, psychology and education (Dip Teach, post graduate and Masters Degree) and social disciplines as well as 25+ years as an educator. I am very experienced in system wide education from private to government to indigenous education settings as teacher, advisor and manager. And I’m only one of the staff!

Does Edusyn teach school subjects?

Yes, the SmartStart Program focuses on Literacy and Numeracy skills for Primary School students but, still, with a strong emphasis on confidence, self-esteem and motivation.

The TrailBlazer program is designed for Secondary and tertiary students. The focus here is not on specific subject areas but on learning management skills including how to create successful assignments, preparation for successful exam results and development of a positive attitude about school work and the potential of one’s ability. It’s been proven that students have the ability to understand the concepts but other influences compromises their ability to achieve the outcomes. This type of program has long-term benefits whereas a focus only on subject areas is limited to outcomes in those areas.

What about life skills, what can you do for people who need success in their goal achievement?

The Aspire Program was designed to give people a kick-start in setting and achieving their goals. Edusyn strongly believes people have the capacity to be successful in making their dreams a reality. Sometimes a little support is all that’s needed to tune those success skills back into action.

People with long-term history of failure and disappointments have also been helped dramatically by this program. The whole idea is to give people a helping hand to realise and actualise their potential.

Do you have any products that will address the above needs?

We’ve just recently published a book ‘Activate Your Success Mechanisms – 15 Proven Skills’ designed to give everyone a boost towards achieving their dreams. It’s had great reviews.

We also have various Literacy and Numeracy products for school or home use. These products, eg. Maths Dash, were designed using learning theories that maximise learning ownership.

Edusyn’s identifies the ‘Passenger Syndrome’ – where the student is always in the passenger seat and never really taking ownership of their decision making and learning - as seriously compromising motivation, confidence and self-esteem.

So, what age ranges does Edusyn cater for?

Edusyn will welcome any enquiries about programs from Year 3 upwards in Primary school to secondary/ tertiary education levels and also older people continuing education.

We have taught reading and maths to adults as well as prepared them for aptitude tests.

How do you see yourself contributing to the quality of life of individuals and the community as a whole?

Edusyn’s main focus is on empowering the individual. A community is more vibrant and strong when its membership consist of fulfilled, happy and visionary people working collaboratively and contributing to the welfare of the community and enhancing each other’s quality of life.

Can you maximise business success?

Developing and growing a profitable business is a challenging task that can be very taxing on one’s personal aspirations and stamina. Edusyn’s main strength is the ability to provide business focus and direction. We have staff with qualifications in this area.

How do you see yourself achieving those ideals?

Edusyn needs to be a positive model in the community, developing links and partnerships with educational and social facilities and community groups establishing strategic projects, voluntary and commercial, to optimise the community’s cohesiveness, strengths and visionary action.

Edusyn provides a very friendly environment. We are happy to go the extra mile to provide people (children to adults) with the solution best for you including:
