What Great promise.
Learning is a very complex activity. Inspiring learning in educational settings is even more so. The 'Activate Your Successful Educational Practice' manual is the result of 25 years of teaching, educational management and teacher education experience within private, government and indigenous educational contexts. It's main theme - Students are so much more capable then that which many politically driven programs and systems show them credit.
Unbelievable Potential
Before attending school young children, barely 4 years old, have learnt extremely complex skils including: confidence in oral language, efficient memorising of information; the ability to weigh-up values; make choices and; engage in complex behaviour dynamics aimed at getting what they want.
Then, formal education commenced.
Efficient, effortless and happy learning punctuates most early childhood individuals before they participated in formal educational practice. They learnt to talk effectively and indulge in intricate behaviour skills as well as absorbed an abundance of information needed to survive in their new, complex world.
At the end of Primary school i.e. after more than 7 years of full time study in a formal education context too many students literacy and numeracy skills are at unacceptable levels.
Can that be the result of an efficient education process?
Through extensive research and from over 25 years of extensive educational practice including in Private, Government, Primary, Secondary, Education Advising, Urban and Indigenous, Educational leadership and management contexts, Edusyn has identified and developed a manual that will demonstrate and teach you 15 proven skills that will have students you are teaching smiling with the enthusiasm of learning they experienced when a young child.
Natural Learning Dynamics
EduSyn’s ‘Activating Successful Practice’ manual, under development, identifies the strengths of the ‘Natural Learning Dynamics’ children engage in before they start school and utilises it in strategic Activators that empower children and adults to reconnect with the powerfully efficient learning mechanisms they experienced in their early days.
The result:
A revitalised teaching experience giving students, from across cultural and socio-economic diversity, a dynamic learning environment where efficient and enjoyable learning is promoted, developing highly educated, motivated and confident people.
Those students develop a commitment to being a life-long learner continuously achieving personal goals and dreams.
